A heartful of Joy with a smiling face

“A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken. A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones” (Proverbs 15:13; 17: 22)

A smile is a pleasant expression of amusement, approval and/or pleasure made by the mouth. It is an indication that someone is happy and/or favourably disposed to somebody or to something. Smile relaxes the mouth and the face muscles and makes the heart to merry.

It sends a signal that the heart is in a good condition of a healthy relationship with somebody or something. The condition of your heart will normally reflect in your countenance. A merry heart is noted with a cheerful outlook that is full of enthusiasm and joyful disposition that is characterized with a smiling face.

The Lord will want you to smile to your success this year. It is such a cheerful countenance that will help you to be confident to move forward courageously as a champion. The scriptural counsel for you is to cheer up for your success that is coming soon.
Wearing of a frown face, a depressed countenance and a defeated outlook will do more harm than good to anybody. If you do not know how to smile, begin to learn it. It is always good for you to smile than to frown in any situation. A natural smile is the best shock absorber you can install in your body system against every challenge.

Learn to keep a smiling face, it adds value to your personality and keeps you happy and healthy.

Challenge: A friendly heart wears a smiling face.

Prayer: Dear Lord, help me to always wear a smiling face
