You can do it

“The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycomores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars” (Isaiah 9: 10).

Man was created and endowed with creative powers to effect changes in his environment. There can be developmental changes in the living condition of human beings from time to time. Psychologists believe that these changes are possible through phenotype endowment in man. John Mason asserts that when man refuses to change, he ends up in chains. Changes are inevitable for the student who desires progress in his life pursuit. You cannot remain rigid to do things the way you have been doing them in the past and expect to get a new result. Neither can you remain in the congregation of the wicked and expect the blessings of the righteous. You must opt for a change in God's direction to obtain the blessings of the Lord.

You have God's potential in you to make adequate changes for your progress. It is essential that you check up the areas where you need to effect changes in your life. It may be your study habit that requires that you improve for better performance. It may be your discipline lifestyle that needs to be strengthened to live a principled and purposeful life. It may also be your spiritual life that calls for the touch of God for regeneration and reawakening. To effect a change is your choice. Adequate changes will promote newness of life and progress in your life endeavor.

Challenge: You cannot go for the best if you are satisfied with the good.
Prayer: Help me dear Lord, to always clamor to change for better.
